Thought I'd start this to solicit some of the better ideas from PM's members on gaining mass. Stuff you've done in the past or are currently doing. This has worked for me:

Playing with the Protein...Reducing your protein intake might be helpful because during the shortfall, the body “fights” to protect its muscle by releasing enzymes and messengers that oppose muscle loss. When you return to a higher protein intake, the body overcompensates and retains more protein for added growth.
 
I heard that before. What Im planning on doing for bulk is mixing oats and bannanas in my protein shake and having it about 4 times a day in between meals and even for dessert with some honey maybe. I gota do some serious growing, next comepetition is in november and Im gonn bulk clean until september and then go on a pre contest diet.
 
well what has worked for me when im bulking is that i train onley twice a we ek, hit style ,hard core ,bar bending heavy 1 ex per bodie part,rest pause , staight sets, drop sets ,forced reps,negs,ect , 1 hr ish work outs.:cool:
