Thought I'd start this to solicit some of the better ideas from PM's members on gaining mass. Stuff you've done in the past or are currently doing. This has worked for me:
Playing with the Protein...Reducing your protein intake might be helpful because during the shortfall, the body “fights” to protect its muscle by releasing enzymes and messengers that oppose muscle loss. When you return to a higher protein intake, the body overcompensates and retains more protein for added growth.
