Hello guys
I did for 2 months a t3 cycle starting from
25 mcg jumped to 37.5 then 50 and tapering down to 25 till no pills at all but after I finished my cycle I noticed a poor sleep, I can fall a sleep pretty easy but after 3/4 hours I wake up without the possibility to go sleep again.
And this is ruining my day 😕
Any body else has the same behavior after a t3 cycle?

This seems anxiety.... i had those issues when my e2 were too low... but thyroid nope.....

yes sure anxiety is too the roof, but I read somewhere interaction with low thyroids after cycle With t3 and sleep issue

Try to take a natural thyroid support and see if it s better

Hypothyroidism is linked to both anxiety and depression. As your own natural thyroid levels are low right now while you are recovering, if this is manifesting itself as anxiety, this could be causing your sleep problems.

Hopefully as your own thyroid levels recover over time, the anxiety and sleep problems will go away. If not, make sure to get tested to see where your thyroid levels are. A good place to start is free T3, free T4, and TSH. If necessary test reverse T3 and antibodies.

Boys, what are your thoughts on Armour vs Synthroid for hypo? I have been taking generic armor but they keep having recalls. The first recall was because the medication was stronger than what was listed and now its the opposite. I use to take Synthroid but it wasn't as good. I would fall asleep driving home for heavens sake.

i switched to Armour Thyroid 60mg about a year and half ago.
I was originally doing t3 and t4 together and then all of sudden my mood wasn’t great and labs were high. Then went to just T4. Felt like i got some weight gain and mood wasn’t great for a few months but, still better than the combo. Looked into Armour and it’s been night and day better for about a year or so. Weight loss is doable with calorie restriction. With just t4 it was challenging even with restriction.
although recently it hasn’t been great so need to take a look back at the labs. (Could be due to recall you are speaking about) got my meds from Costco.

Exactly. It takes a little time for our own thyroid production to come back after stopping T3, so symptoms of hypothyroidsm could occur during that time. Insomnia is certainly one of those symptoms.
