Popping/ripping noises when injecting?

If it was scar tissue wouldn't it be painful as hell? When I hit scar tissue my whole body jumps and its so painful that I have no other choice but pull out. Sometimes I feel a ripping feeling but that's when I'm pushing the pin in and I think that's just the different skin layers.

Not always bmx. I've pinned through scar tissue before. Didn't hurt, just made me push the pin through a tad harder. Like it's been stated, rotate your injection site bro. Also, 22g??? Yikes. I've been using 25 since 2007. Works great, smooth and hardly feel it going in.

I don't think my delts can handle more than one cc.

I do rotate but have this issue in just the delts. I'll switch to 25g and see if that makes a difference. Appreciate the feedback.

Usually people start with the 25's. But, as they progress, they find that certain preps. tend to be hard to push thru a 25g. so, most figure out to hit 23g's. It goes thru the pin faster and smoother.

If I'm injecting myself I'll use 23s but if my gf is around and can push the plunger down I'll use 25s.

I know a guy who puts 4ccs in his delts

He's a bit nuts. I have never done more than 2ccs and have never had issues.
