Zilla, Thanks, Bro. I'll post the whole deal when I've got it figured out. I just did a dry run yesterday and have 1 last thing to tweak (which I will do next weekend) and I think I'll have a pretty sweet protocol: full, dry, hard, vascular, and making weight, but ~4-5lb over the wt. limit when I step on stage.
Yep, no leg training after the Mon. before the show - just a little high rep work to prime the muscles for glyc. loading. I've overdone it in the past and paid the price.

BM - first time is the hardest, but when you've been to that pt. where you freak out even yourself, and get that shit-eating grin of pure satisfaction (and delayed gratification), its addictive. Like a crack addict, you'd go through any amount of pain and misery to get there again....
