you got that nice & GRAINY look to your upper-body and some great vascularity !!!! I also believe in being ready 2-3 weeks out and then shocking the body with depletion and shitloading (duh?!?!).

It looks to me like water management is gonna be easy for you. By the pics, you have little sub-q water to wory about !!!!

Get a good HIGH REP (30-40 reps) quad/ham workout in you early days of depletion to "crispen" them up some--- then leave the wheels alone to tighten. I think they will come in tighter than they appear right now (and they ALREADY LOOK damn good).

I am naturally curious on your loading--- and I hope you openly post your exact depletion and shitloading scheme. I, personally, can NEVER learn enuff to ingore other's potential improvements on this program.....

Zilla, Thanks, Bro. I'll post the whole deal when I've got it figured out. I just did a dry run yesterday and have 1 last thing to tweak (which I will do next weekend) and I think I'll have a pretty sweet protocol: full, dry, hard, vascular, and making weight, but ~4-5lb over the wt. limit when I step on stage.

Yep, no leg training after the Mon. before the show - just a little high rep work to prime the muscles for glyc. loading. I've overdone it in the past and paid the price.

BM - first time is the hardest, but when you've been to that pt. where you freak out even yourself, and get that shit-eating grin of pure satisfaction (and delayed gratification), its addictive. Like a crack addict, you'd go through any amount of pain and misery to get there again....
