My leg positioning is pretty much the same for the front relaxed, front double bicep, and front lat spread. Which of these variations do you all thinks looks best? Granted, they aren't full body shots.. but you probably get the idea. The more bend in my knee, the greater the X-shape (in my opinion), but it also detracts from quad detail. What do you guys think? I want to do whatever the judges will be looking for.. so is an X-frame more important than how thick the quads look?

|--[\\\]>--------- yep, third one, obviously you want to have a little bend in the legs so that your quads flare out a bit, one pic, it's too much bend, the other you just look too uncomfortable. the 3rd one is the best.

I think you should attempt to walk around stage for your whole posing routine with your legs bent how they are in the 1st photo.:D

3rd

looks the best... got the best cuts....

bro definately the 3rd. Theres always at least one dumbass at every contest that bends his legs WAY too much on all his poses and just looks like a idiot. Dont let that be you haha ;) :D

The third pic is the best for your legs but bring your heels closer together and this will acheive more of the "X" appearance we are looking for. Big mistake to bend the knees to much, it gives the appearnce of a squatty build. It also has the tendancy to make the lower body seem proportionately larger than the upper body throwing off symmetry.

Agree with Big A. #3

Thanks again guys. I'm very much a novice so the advice is much appreciated.

/Cheers
