It really depends on you physique and posing ability. If you are are a smooth flowing poser with good symmetry consider this -

Pay more attention to the mandatories. Get those down first.
Just pick some music you can have fun with. I was 51 when I did my last show, used "Nationwide" by ZZ Top. Have also used "Sledgehammer" by Peter Gabriel, and "Rocky Mountain Way" by Joe Walsh a few times.

You want a song that really grabs you by the balls when you hear it!!!! When you hear the song, it should be hard for you not to start posing to it.

A few ideas:

Zeppelin-Kashmir(awesome posing song)

Anything from Rocky IV soundtrack, EXCEPT eye of the tiger(that was overused by 1985). There are a lot of other good tracks from that movie
