Possible gyno question

Ive worked out on and off for yrs now,i have a defined chest, now I have several test only cycles under my belt, one of those only I added deca,i have taken all necessary AIs,from a research company with each cycle, im back on another cycle and noticed lumps under my nipps,these feel like small marble size, it feels to me if this is gyno that its dormant until im bck on cycle or has this research company underdosed?to those that have needed surgery,why? Does it grow until it shows? Or maybe im paranoid and its fatty tissue im feeling...

Sounds like gyno. Is it sensitive? How long has it been there?
