My first shot ever from my doctor was in my glute and it did a similar thing. Hurt bad the next day then a lump traveled to my hip/lowerback. Shit hurt man and I thought this is just what happened every time. Boy what a relief to have my next shot in the shoulder go just fine with no pain.

Not piling on bro, I know you'll never reuse again. I got 100 needle&syringe 1.5" from GPZ Med Lab for $13. Good you drew around the red site.

Sounds painful, especially the hip stories. The worst I had was Primo pain. I'm anal about sterile though.
