Im now 51 and have been training 35 years,never gota serious injury but about 1 month ago i was doing smith machines shrugs with wraps and they slid down my wrist from the sweat,weight i was using and it slid down and jerked my arm,trap downward very hard.I didnt feel anything but now my left pec cant bench a 20 pound dumbell,left tricep cant pushdown more than 30-40 pounds and i can't flex my left pec,it stays fairly soft but the right is fine and hard as rock,ANY IDEAS before i go to the DOC.
