Well Ive been cutting for 10 weeks or so (first time dieting) and all is well and moving in the right direction.

Theres a competition coming up at the start of July and I have been told that I could enter the classic category. Im currently around 172 lbs down from 187 and I would need to be under 74kg for the comp so 163 lbs.

This is my current cutting method..

Meal 1 50g whey 50g oats

Meal 2 7 egg whites, 2 yolks, 25g whey

Meal 3 200g chicken, 2 rice cakes, green juice

Meal 4 200g chicken, 2 rice cakes

Meal 5 50g whey (changed this today, was having 50g whey, 50g oats, considering adding 20g almonds)

Meal 6 200g white fish/salmon/steak, 50g basmati rice/sweet potato/wholewheat pasta (carbs on training days only) veg

Meal 7 50g whey, 20g almonds (considering removing almonds)


Things are moving in the right direction, Im gradually leaning out every day but I don't feel that Im suffering at all really with the diet. I feel a bit hungry today since dropping the oats from meal 5 but other than that Im wondering if I should be suffering more? lol Im really not finding things hard at all so Im questioning whether Im doing something wrong?

Gear is 250mg sust per week, have gradually upped tren ace from 50mg eod to 100mg eod as of yesterday, mast prop 100mg eod, anavar 100mg ed, 25mg proviron daily, hcg twice per week 1000ius and will be adding CJC with DAC @ 4mg per week along with some healing peptides as soon as they arrive. Sust will be getting swapped out for prop by the weekend too.

Any thoughts are more than welcome.

seriously tho... how is anyone supposed to give you advice on your contest prep diet if we have no pictures to go on, no idea how much cardio you are doing, what your training looks like, and no idea how physically active you are outside of the gym (work-related, etc.)?


are you using clen? t3? dnp? gh?

Those numbers are all arbitrary with no pics to go by...

Cardio is 40 mins post workout 3 x per week and 2 x fasted at the weekends for 40 mins.

Training is HIT style 3 day split, weight training is performed usually between 6-7pm.

Work as a truck driver so stationary a fair bit but also light manual work in there as well.

I thought I was pretty concise about what I was running. No GH, T3, dnp or clen.

Replace some shakes with food. Drop the peps for now. Add in some fats

First of all, you're "guessing" at your level of conditioning.

Secondly...well, I have nothing further. If you don't get why pics are necessary, then nothing I can say can explain it.
 
No offence but you sound like the type to be negative about someone's pics.

I don't like putting pics up on the net due to my distinctive tattoos, sorry.

Nope.
It's crazy that 97.945% of people are 10% bf on the internet. How in the hell do you expect us to help when we have no idea what you truly look like?
 
We not only need to see pics, we also need to see a progression of pics (what progress you've been making with this setup).

Any advice without both of those is shooting in the dark.
 
Yah brother not one person can tell you if youre even on the right track without some type of picture to go off of. Seems like a solid diet, and probably about time to slowly start cutting some carbs, but cant be for sure without knowing how you look.

Not the best pic I know you said photo bucket was down but you don't look 10% you also look flat. Like I stated above drop the protein shakes this will make you appear flat. Replace with a real protein source such as fish or chicken.
 
For your size you're overeating protein, probably undereating carbs a bit, and definitely undereating fats.
 
For future posts, please post kcal counts and macro ratios along with activity level and any other fat burning aids (clen, T3/4, ephedrine, yohimbine,).

Most people do not guess their body fat correctly, that is why. Any top trainer would ask the same. Then you can see weak body parts too and adjust things.
