Well Ive been cutting for 10 weeks or so (first time dieting) and all is well and moving in the right direction.
Theres a competition coming up at the start of July and I have been told that I could enter the classic category. Im currently around 172 lbs down from 187 and I would need to be under 74kg for the comp so 163 lbs.
This is my current cutting method..
Meal 1 50g whey 50g oats
Meal 2 7 egg whites, 2 yolks, 25g whey
Meal 3 200g chicken, 2 rice cakes, green juice
Meal 4 200g chicken, 2 rice cakes
Meal 5 50g whey (changed this today, was having 50g whey, 50g oats, considering adding 20g almonds)
Meal 6 200g white fish/salmon/steak, 50g basmati rice/sweet potato/wholewheat pasta (carbs on training days only) veg
Meal 7 50g whey, 20g almonds (considering removing almonds)
Things are moving in the right direction, Im gradually leaning out every day but I don't feel that Im suffering at all really with the diet. I feel a bit hungry today since dropping the oats from meal 5 but other than that Im wondering if I should be suffering more? lol Im really not finding things hard at all so Im questioning whether Im doing something wrong?
Gear is 250mg sust per week, have gradually upped tren ace from 50mg eod to 100mg eod as of yesterday, mast prop 100mg eod, anavar 100mg ed, 25mg proviron daily, hcg twice per week 1000ius and will be adding CJC with DAC @ 4mg per week along with some healing peptides as soon as they arrive. Sust will be getting swapped out for prop by the weekend too.
Any thoughts are more than welcome.
