What is your take on post comp training?Do you guys take time off or do you start blasting right away into the off season.Some of my piers tell me to take a couple of weeks off and others tell me to start blasting and eating because of the anabolic window created from being so depleated.I was on stage saturday and today is monday.My plan is to take off until thursday and start training on friday.What do you think??

Do you live near the ocean?
 
Depending on the cut and peak, you could take advantage of the initial weeks to follow. With certain regiments, you will rebound hard and go into super compensation mode. This is a great time for a mini lean bulking diet and hard training. I prefer strength training in this mode purely.

So if i start training on friday.Then I can expect about 3 weeks or so of upside.I did one cheat day on sunday and am back to my lean,bulking diet.300gr protien,400 gr carbs,90 gr fat.175lbs now.Very lean.
