Thanks for the feedback and kind words guys much appreciated. I completely agree on the hams and arms I worked on hams quite a bit last off season and made some great progress but still need a lot of work. My arms have always been a weak point and was very apparent at this show needless to say they will be getting hit hard this offseason. I'm taking a full year off the make improvements and possibly move to heavy weight depending on how things go thanks again for the feedback guys
Watch out about bumping up a weight class. I'm not sure how much you weigh now, but it is likely that if you just get bigger everywhere your weaknesses will be proportionally the same, even if you increase both your hams and your arms.
Awesome bro .. the hams and arms are a given but I would also kill the outer sweep of your quads a little more also. You have a nice wide frame so you will want the outer quads to compliment that. Your hard work shows for sure bro .. congrats to you
Thanks for the kind words and great feedback guys, I need to give Shelby credit as he helped me get into shape for this last show and very happy with the results I highly recommend him great coach and just a good all around person. Im also happy to report that I will be working with John Meadows for my training this offseason and will really be focusing on all my weak points and should he bringing a bigger and better package at my next show.
Looking very good, especially the legs and your skin/color.
constructive criticism: bigger/cut tri's, bottom abs could be cut/brought out more to show great 6 pack.
Thanks again means a lot coming from you guys, been visiting this board for years now and started doing more posting over the last six months best board on the net by far!!
Beautiful x-frame. Arms are the stand-out weakness. Chest could do with thickness too. Just increase size overall, keeping the shape and concentrating on arms, hams and chest.
