I need some input on the following I want to maximize my rebound after the show and come off for a while because I have been ON for a while longer then I would like. Any input would be appreciated. Here is a rough outline of what I am planning
1. Taper off clen/T3 4 weeks
2. Test P 150mg/day 4 weeks
3. PCT HCG/Clomid/Nolva(2 days after last Prop shot) - 4 weeks
4. After PCT is complete LR3 igf 4 weeks PWO
5. GH 3-4iu am
6. Keep cardio in (maintainence level) to combat estrogen related fat gain
7. All nutrition will be adjusted accordingly
I definitely like DC training in 4-6 week intervals with periods of volume training. Really helps shock the body into new growth But I am going to be adding Insulin into my off season regimen I just don't want to add to early (post cycle rebound) because I do not feel the need to. Being that insulin is very sensitive already due to long duration of dieting on low carbs/sugar.
Any thoughts on the insulin would be great. I have already committed to giving it a go. I have been training for 8 years now and have researched its use for bout as long.
