Hey there, just wanted some advice, as I know most of you are experienced competitors. After a show, I have heard its recommended to run a moderate dose of test for a couple weeks (100mg prop eod or something liek it). Do you guys feel like this adds even more water retention to all that water you gain back naturally after a show? I would like to run some test to really wreap the benefits of the body being in such an anabolic state, but at the same time I want to watch out for my health's sake, as I know bloating too much can be unsafe. Is the body responsive enough to the raised calories after a show that running some test wouldnt even be completely necessary? Just seeing what your guys opinions on this are, and what you recommend. thanks!

You will get many different opinions on this. i tend to stay on for a while after a show. I learned in the early days to watch your carb fat intake right after a show to aviod heavy rebound. I think staying on what hardened you up would not be a bad idea. As long as it's not tren or orals. Be careful with your sodium intake and water retention should not be a big problem.
 
i would agree, just watch what eat you daily, just double up on your clean carbs. but by all means eat some shit you want. i actually used enth, tren and slin post show. just curious what diuretic if any are you using??

The only reason you are in an "anabolic" state after a show is because you have been loaded to the gills on anabolics leading up to the show and they are still in your system. Staying on test to "take advantage" of this does not make a lot of sense to me. How is taking more test taking advantage of what you have already been using?

But won't they (the anabolics) be out of your system within a week or so? Then you'll be in Zero mode! Are you saying just stay on the gear you're on and keep going post contest?
 
I wasnt planning on using one, should I? Ive heard a lot of opinions saying i should and shouldnt.
