Post gyno question

I just done gyno op few days ago, my question is do you need to wear the compression vest real tight? Or it can be loosen a bit, as long as it can hold your chest up?
My gyno removal is pretty great, with little to no bruising.

How long did they say you'll be out of the gym?

4-6 weeks... Problem is wearing the compression vest, it can't hold in place, will slide down whenever i move

Yeah that's the only thing holding me back. I have a little bit of gyno. It's enough to be annoying, but not bad enough I'd want to be out of the gym 1-1.5 months. Guess ill just plan it later.

The compression vest thing sounds annoying too

Lol just wear the fucking vest. After all the money you spent on the surgery and time to recover why would you even want to fuck around? I wore that vest as fucking tight as I could make it for the entire 4 weeks.
