No real loaded stuff for my legs, but a shit ton of lunges, static lunges, bodyweight squats and some light leg extensions and leg curls.... The pic is deceiving because they are like toothpicks compared to what they were.

I'm pretty fucking motivated to make a nasty transformation

And side note, my endocrine just put me back on HRT this week. I don't feel like a chick now lol

I am eating a ton!!! Lots of venison, grass fed beef from a local farm and wild caught cod along with cage free eggs. Lots of protein and fat in my diet

I need to get my weight back up. I began my rehab program, designed by yours truly. I wasn't able to pick up 10lbs 3 weeks about but have come a long way.

With all my respect to all of you, you don`t need any gear to look like that. You can be bigger with out the juice. Just be patient, train naturally for 3 to 4 years to reach your potential naturally. At least you will know after 3 to 4 years how good is your genetics.

Great news sounds like your plan is working. You also incorporating Eaa/bcaas ?
 
just using my TRT doctor protocol. Hopefully gonna start a run next week of mostly primo, low test, var and GH. nothing crazy for turning 46

this is me today , good start for run.

if you don't mind me asking how did you tear your pec?

I honestly just want to be healthier than I ever was... My bloodwork is already at it's best. The only exceptions are low hematocrit, RBC bad hemoglobin... The doc actually gave me some EPO to get my RBCs up lol

Yessir, of course! But now I'm trying to get more whole proteins and only use EAAs with HBCDs during my rehab sessions
