Post show leg cramps!

Anybody ever have severe leg cramping the days following a show. Show was on Saturday and still having leg cramps, tried training legs last night and no way that was happening. From what I've read it sounds like electrolyte imbalance anybody else ever had this issue? Been drinking powerade zero today to try and get my electrolytes back up I suppose my legs could be really sore from just posing too but these cramps suck!

did you use diuretics? if so which... it is most likely electrolyte imbalance... Grape pedialyte is what I suggest over powerade or gatorade
 
I get them too and have never used diuretics. Although I didn't get them at my last show for some reason and I didn't do anything different.
 
Quinine

I got Quinine from my Doc. Zero cramps.
 
I'd say just take it easy. Eat normal, but healthy (fruits and veggies). And drink plenty of water and rest up. You likely pulled too much out and put a strain on your body. You need to recover. Unrefined sea salt is a great balance of minerals
 
Salt would take the cramp away, right?

Salt may make them worse. Sodium produces aldesterone and further makes the body expel water if things arent spot on.

My recommendation is always limit sodium but drink pedialyte for about a week after you use any type of pharm diuretic
