Use slin regularly off-season but will be using it during upcoming 12 weeks contest prep.
That said, wonder what the other board members having been using for their post slin carbs ? Waxe Maize in your pwo shakeout (which I use in off season) ? Any other carbs you feel clean enough to maintain in post workout meal ? Again, only during the contest prep period.
