Hey everybody, i never post here but i always read so anyways here we go.
gonna have shoulder surgery soon. 2nd operation on this shoulder (first was arthroscopic, not too bad) this one is gonna be a bit harsher. anyways, looking for stack/post surgery ideas to speed recovery. i have a great surgeon lined up and am getting all other aspects ready. I'm open to just about any and all ideas. I'm currently natural but am open to here anyones advice.
also i plan on using humanofort and was wondering whats the max safe dosage or what have people used in the past with success. I know the label (Labrada) says about 400mg, but i want to here some real world trials and results. i searched on here and saw one guy was using about 1g (?) Anyways, in my case money is not a problem for this stack so lets here it! I'm definitely gonna start posting more often on here as its very insightful and i always end up reading just about everything anyways so i might as well try and be somewhat useful. thanks everyone for your input and god bless.
