6 whole omega 3 eggs w/ some shredded cheese
4 slices toast from whole grain bread

Meal 2
12oz goat milk
2 scoops isolate
2 pieces fruit(today was 12oz pineapple)

Meal 3
12oz meat
1.5 cups rice

12oz meat
2 cups rice

meal 5
12oz almond milk
2 scoops isolate
2 pieces fruit(today was 12oz mango)

gym

meal 6
10oz red meat
3 cups rice(half and half of white and brown)

meal 7
4 whole omega 3 eggs

Weighed 277 last week.

usually cooks the eggs in coconut oil, FWIW

i believe they are 13 grams of protien each

and they are GOOD AS A MUTHERFUCKER

I was updating my log but thought I should add what I have ate today here. I have been feeling great for ages but had a rare low today due to not eating enough post workout (fast paced workout) and straight to work etc. So I had a binge which is so rare for me... but then went back to normal later on. I have just totalled up my diet and I have had close to 900g carbs today, 450g protein and a fair amount of fat too (maybe 150g-200g). Today I will eat (haven't had the last meal and shake yet)...

5 Whole eggs cooked in coconut oil and pineapple
Whey Isolate and Oats and blueberries
Chicken and Mayo Sandwich
Cottage Pie (beef mince)
My graze box come... just a small snack box that gets delivered... had it all...
- pineapple, lime infused sultanas and fair trade sour mango
- summer berry flapjack
- pineapple, mango and banana coins
- cherry tomato, basil and Puglian pesto focaccia
Coconut Yoghurt and Ice cream
Then I redeemed myself...
Chicken, pasta and sweetcorn with olive oil and lemon juice drizzled over
Coconut Yoghurt with Whey Isolate shake
Chicken, pasta and sweetcorn with olive oil and lemon juice drizzled over
Salmon, wild rice and mixed vegetables
Protein shake before bed... might add some nuts too

The rice is 100g. The pasta is 100g easy. The coconut yoghurts are 75g each. The pineapple about 60g. 50g sugar in my tea in the day. Cottage pie was small at 50g (probably abit more). Sweetcorn easy 50g each time etc etc.
protein must be atleast 450g as I have 60g in shakes and probably 80g in my chicken meals. Fat is not that low either with my 5 whole eggs, 24g in each coconut yoghurt, olive oil, coconut oil, beef mince etc.

I have ate alot today :eek::D
 
Lol, have you looked at tennys and pitbulls avatars. They are legitimate beasts. What can you say to them? eat more egg whites??

i wasnt trying to point that out... I was just showing how different peoples bodys work... this whole game of bodybuilding is understanding your body..

Tenny mentioned it as well he is happier eating like that im sure pitbulltank is the same way .. anyone who has been here long enough knows buselmo was the same way so much to the point if he ate too healthy he would actually feel like shit..

size has nothing to do with it look at shelby, bboy, lenny, gooey, kyle, moutaindog... all clean diets big boys.. its what you like and what your current goals are atm ...

when youre misrable, feel like shit??
you look like shit, (most of the time)
exceptions would be weeks or days before a show

when youre eating good/semi-healthy as all of you are calling it
to me???......you look and feel better, than suffering with
boiled fish and kale.........

feel good......look good

variety is key.....you want a good combination of the right foods
when you do this???.....you can stray alittle and get away with it

say it with me kids......hunger satisfaction = a big strong healthy physique
ripped????....depends..........happy???....hell yes

Good post. Your mind can do crazy things people underesrimate. Shit some people can completely control their body temps with their mind. You should post more often. Especially the diet. Also training.

Your exactly right on this one tren brah. Everyone has to figure there own body out as far as nutrition goes, one way might not work for everyone.

I once asked a huge black dude(probably 6'3 280 or so) how he got so big and he told me he eats a loaf of bread at every meal and at night he makes syrup sandwiches before bed. I would be a fat cow if I ate syrup sanwiches but this dude was big and cut!

I never said I emulated anyone because I don't. All I said is tenny and pitbull are jacked so there's not much you can say to them if you think they aren't eating right. if you are going to quote my message at least read it.

and i agree genetics mean more than diet

Im the same way carbs at night.. helps me store more glyogen and ready to blast it the next day at the gym

itrain, have you ever used tren? I ask because if you have, you would know that taking 700mg/week (like tenny does) that you can be more sparing on your diet

This is endo approved. Especially if you're off gear (or only running an HRT dose) and are looking to steadily gain in the off-season but not get fat, this is what I'd do. Quality foods, measured quantities, otherwise I overeat.
