Post w/out shake whilst dieting

I'm currently preparing for my up coming diet, i think i have most of it sorted but i'm struggling to find info on post workout shakes.
Currently i use 80 whey and 70 glucose with 20 glutamine. Obviously that is too much glucose to diet with but what would be a sensible place to start?

Is this a pre-contest diet or a "get into summer" diet? You can try cutting the glucose back to 35g and see what happens - 70g seems a bit high.
 
Well this is just a summer diet really but i want to get down to around 7% at the end of it.
The 70g is what i use when bulking

70 grams of Glucose would be goodif you are running 5-10iu of slin after your workout.
 
When I'm getting ready for summer I simply swap out my "sugars" from my post workout shake and instead have a large banana. So, post workout I have a banana and approx 50 grams of protein.

Also - not to hijack the thread - I just checked out your site JasonWojo and it is great!
