Hey fellas-
Currently dieting right now. I was wondering what kind of carbs do you guys take in post workout. I have 3 on the list, not sure which one is the best. I am currently taking in 30g maltodextrin with 50g whey. Should I bump it to 50g? sometimes i train in the eve. The other two choices are dextrose or an 8 oz yam. what do you guys think? Thanks.
