DC is the only way with me...
 
No DC for me lol

I do the V V training lol , this meens i stay leaner and gain muscle rather then adding alot of mass ,,, when i say leaner i meen 20lbs overweight instead of 50lbs.

My training approach is for a certain bodytype not really for everybody. Thats why one must stay intune with there body to figure out whats best for that exact person only then is it the correct training method for himself. Which meens you need to find your own D-animal training and how your body provides growth.

What works for one may amount to absolutely nothing for another.

DC for me off season

Can't wait for the season to end. 11 days from 1st show.

the way i look at it now is it doesnt matter what you look like off season...all that matters is what you look like on stage. dc all the way
 
Whoa! The dc training method has developed.......I"m wondering if most you all are doing it right, or taking your own way with it.....Cause if you don't do it right it can lead to over training.......

DC

I just finished my first blast of DC training... I feel I did it right because I got continually stronger and bigger, I think i'm gonna be sticking with this methods for a while. Except my main concern now is to get cut up and that's my problem area.
 
D Animal, I have been training with DC since Jan. and I just overtrained at 17 weeks, I finally hit the wall.

I just started a cruise and he had me take off 4 days in a row, I have been on the TThSa routine and never missed a workout or a meal, it can happen to all of us...
 
See then you all are doing it correctly...Cause I know some people on other boards who are doing the dc training method and aren't even doing the breeze week and they are working out ike every day .....
 
D Animal, I go to most boards and tire my fingers out daily to help keep people on the right track here, it is very difficult to do this program without being a trainee of DC's, you miss out on a lot of info...

I agree with you 100%..... Thats why if you don't have the help of dc then you shouldn't try your version of it cause then it wouldn't be "DC" that your doing
