6'1" 26 y.o.

249lbs in the picture with the grey shirt, did a two week mini cut and am 240lbs in the picture with the blue shirt.

Test E 250mgs
Tren A 700mgs
Masteron 700mgs
3iu's daily blue tops (just started)

Diet: Nothing specific really. I have 3 shakes a day and make sure I just make good choices on what I eat. I have never given the dedication to a strict diet plan so this is me taking baby steps towards that.

Very solid! I'm stuck at around 180 at a similar bf% as you, but would love to reach 200 ish while being this lean. Any tips??? I have never gone over 1.2g total aas/wk though, and have never used gh, slin, or anything else other than aas. I'd love some suggestions!

i get to 7%bf but cant have a shredded midsection... wtf? some tips? got veins in my back, legs, calves and lower abs, but the belly is a shit bro =(

My macros were
350g protein
125g carbs
35g fat

I would have one carb loading day each week where I'd bump carbs up to about 400g for the day.

No carbs after 2pm, and zero fat with a meal that had carbs.
Here is a copy of a day that I was dieting. I had 4 different meal plans all the same macros, just different foods.

Meal #1-
12 egg whites
2 cups cooked oatmeal w/raisins
32oz water
Vitamin/mineral
10g glutamine

Meal #2-
8oz chicken breast on lettuce wrap
With pickles n onion n tomato
16oz water

Meal #3-
8oz chicken breast
Large sweet potatoe
1 cup veggies
16oz water

Meal #4- pre workout
Whey isolate shake
10g glutamine
Thermogenic

Weight train then take 10g BCAA, then do 45min cardio on stair climber

Meal #5-
Whey isolate shake (90g protein)
10g glutamine
6 capsules kre alkalin

Meal #6-
8oz fish
15 asparagus spears
16oz water

Meal #7-
Casein shake
Small handful almonds
10g glutamine

I trained 4 days on 1 day off and always did cardio post workout. I despise doing cardio in the morning.!!! Lol

I was on Gauls Tri Tren @ 3ml eod and I believe this pic was taken 5 weeks out from when I was supposed to compete? Again this was last year...

I also took clenbuteral 2wks on 2wks off and alternated that with ECA stack.

What's your diet like?
I'd just keep protein high, and slowly add in carbs and healthy fats, while checking bf% once a week. If your bf% is going up, drop some of the carbs/ or make sure carbs and fats are not in the same meals together.

OR! You could just add in 10iu hgh ed and eat however the fuck you want, gain crazy amounts of weight and stay shredded at the same time! Lol.

I do have an exciting life. I should channel the hooker energy to more cardio and training...But fuck it as my joints are now really taking a toll on me the past yr.

If my dick stops working then I'm in serious trouble...LOL
 
I actually just switched insulin to humalog because I couldn't really time the 70/30 how I needed it. It was given to me so I figured I'd run it till I got more humalog...
I'm now running humalog same protocol. Feel better already.

Thats all i use love the stuff.. lantus is fuckin amazing as well but my protocol doesnt provide for it atm and am making the best muscular gains of my life...

Diet is kinda all over the place...currently like 15 weeks out of my 2nd competition so just cleaning shit up. Had a massive refeed day today so I feel like a fatass right now.

currently watching the Test Ace 70mg EOD DVD and the NPP 100mg EOD DVD.
