man i run into not being able to get in a lot of times

do we need a new password and stuff for new shop

If you were registered on old shop you can use same log-in and password.

If you are new member you must register and wait aproval. I dont aprove anyone so you must fill some referals and so on.

Site is located on offshore location, much safer than sending lists by email.
