By blocking a protein linked to aging, the therapy restored healthy, shock-absorbing cartilage in old mice and injured joints, dramatically improving movement and joint function. Exactly. Can't imagine the price tag. They are also regrowiny teeth with a gel which I believe human trials just began. Timeline is supposedly six years. So we'll see. Hopefully with guys like Elon, we will see a new wave of groundbreaking medical technologies in our lifetime.

All of this stuff is great and it would be mind blowing to look 100 years into the future and see all of the medical advances you and I wont get to experience.

But if im being honest with myself, this is a pretty damn amazing time to be alive right now and I cant complain at all.

I just got my adequan that is supposed to help regrow cartilage and refill synovial fluid. It has been great to me in the past. This looks even better

I posted recently like 2 weeks ago about trying adequan. I would love to hear how you do on it. It did wonders for my old dogs hips

I`ve used it before with great success. It was otc in USA then they made in an Rx. Bought this from official distributor pharmacy in mexico, shipped to family in mexico city and just had it brought back in luggage. He tried shipping it and told fedex it was meds, then they wanted to open, a big mess. But pharmacy in mexico can not ship to USA, its not their territory.

I`ve used it before with great success. It was otc in USA then they made in an Rx. Bought this from official distributor pharmacy in mexico, shipped to family in mexico city and just had it brought back in luggage. He tried shipping it and told fedex it was meds, then they wanted to open, a big mess. But pharmacy in mexico can not ship to USA, its not their territory.

Its rx but only for animals right? I believe FDA requires the company to disclose the process they use to make it and they refuse so it’s not for humans.. at least it was the case last time I searched about it in like 2020

That’s why I don’t get too excited when I hear about these things. Even if this works when they test it in humans, it will be far too long before this becomes common practice that it won’t even apply at most of us anymore.

Yeah but did you guys consider that things already in use such as retatrutide, mots-c, ss-31 and such have not been published and approved (at least by FDA)? Even retatrutide is still in clinical development and for others such as slu-pp-332 is not in clinical development (I don´t think there are any human studies), there are no phase 2 and 3 studies for mots-c etc. Most of the peptides commonly used pretty much are in the same boat. This hasn´t in any way hindered their use. For 15-PGDH inhibitors there are many forms, the newest being SW033291 and SW209415 (next‑gen analogue of SW033291 with improved solubility & bioavailability; studied for bone marrow recovery & tissue regeneration in preclinical models). I think you can actually purchase those already if you know the right channels (not that I would encourage it but anyway).

Yes Rx for animals only. I don`t think it will ever get approved for humans, its to effective and not a forever drug. I don`t think sponsors will ever carry it. The only place to buy it is authorized vet supply. I did not need Rx to get this batch, I only had to have a 3rd party get it to me. Not easy. The markup would be far less than a sposnor making a vial of T

Yes I have only done IM (and it worked) but it is approved for vet intra articular as well. I`m gonna have a dr friend put 2ml in my knee, it has major Crepitus, constant audibles but no real pain. I`m thinking its a little low on synovial fluid because after getting 12ml of prolo (sugar water) in the joint the sounds were gone and it felt great for about 2 weeks. No, I cant drop a 2" needle in my own knee or shoulder joint
