powdered muscle during cut

hey guys im cutting for the summer currently started 300mg test a week, 100mg tren ace eod. and 5ius rips. question is whether i should stay on powdered muscle from true nutrition during this time. i dont want to hold too much water from creatine...i love what it does for recovery but i wanna make sure i stay lean. thanks guys
 
Youll retain more water from the rips then you will creatine. So that shouldnt be of any concern.
 
hey man if your worried about water retention from the rips i suggest a potassium capsule each meal and/or xpel by mhp as with sodium intake. should do the trick

You are cutting. So the goal is to cut fat...why worry about water. When beach season comes, or photo shoot or competition then worry about it

powdered muscle would be fine. I prefer a micronized creapure product. I hold no water at all compared to when I tried plain mono in the past
 
Creatine causes intracellular (inside the muscle) water retention, not extracellular. If you have excess sodium you may experience some extracellular water retention where the water will be stored in excellular compartments. If your bodyfat is low enough, the creatine won't give you a bloated of blurred look.

Yep... Myself and others will be on using creatine on the day we get on stage, I have never seen it make a difference with visible water weight.

I used it myself the day of my last show. Actually seemed to help with getting a pump. I just listened to what Homonunculus had to say and I was dry as a bone.
