power matrix chest workout..help please

i used this years ago and it worked,,,now i just can't find it,,,, can someone please help me and send me a copy of the sheet.... or better yet do you guys suggest anything better.... i have been doing dumbells, but want to go back to the bar just to switch things up...but today i switched back to the bar and my bench was horrible... strengh seemed to be way down for some reason... just need some help please...

Can't help you find your workout but if you haven't bench bar benching then yes its normal to regress. You gotta do anylift to improve it

This is why I keep a training log if something really worked I have documentation of what worked for future reference

i did have a few copies that i ran off for some friends of mine and myself, but inbetween moves, from city to city there just gone... i have looked hard i just can't find them.

found a partial copy of it online after looking for what seemed to be hours,, the best part is what i found is exactly what i need number wise...
