i used this years ago and it worked,,,now i just can't find it,,,, can someone please help me and send me a copy of the sheet.... or better yet do you guys suggest anything better.... i have been doing dumbells, but want to go back to the bar just to switch things up...but today i switched back to the bar and my bench was horrible... strengh seemed to be way down for some reason... just need some help please...
