My favorite is Kara Bohigian. SHe managed to bench 402 lbs at a bw of just 148 lbs! Incredible strength and yet beautiful. Looking at these picutres below you would never guess she was so brutally strong!

She is a freak of nature! Do a search on youtube for her videos, she has lots on there. One shows her doing standing barbell shoulder presses with over 200 lbs! Talk about sick genetics. This girl is just plain brutally strong! Amazing for her size. She doesnt even look strong.

i have met jess back in my powerlifting days, funny story actually i was getting ready for my third deadlift i think about 720lbs or so and had ripped the callous off my right hand it was bleeding badly. she was there helping her bf out and even went out of her way to help me wrap up my hand and taped me up while i was bleeding all over , pretty sweet chick.

I'm lucky I never had that happen, but I was never a serious powerlifter. How common is that? A guy I used to lift with tore his off one night and I couldnt believe the amount of blood. That must be really painful too because everytime you grip something its going to rub. Must take a long time to grow back.

i had this happen in high school, sucked both hands was bleeding all over i was also deadlifting! the weight room supervisor at the time was a chick and she was freakn out lol has not happen scince my hands have got real weatherd and leatherd scince then.
