My chimp hit chest/abs/calves tonight.
DB flat: 65xfailure, 80x15, 100x12, 110x10, 80x7
DB incline: 80xfailurex4
BB decline: 135xfailure, 155xfailure, 175xfailure
Upward cable fly: 40xfailurex3
Downward cable fly: 40xfailurex3
Middle cable fly: 40xfailurex3
Standing calf press: 400x15x2, 450x15x2
75 decline sit ups
Notes: This has really started getting good, my chimp is getting thicker and stronger by the day without any visible fat gain, just a little bloat. Strength and endurance is through the roof, my chimp is the strongest hes been while being the leanest as well.
