Hey guys, i wanted to get some feedback on my poses and overall conditioning. I am sodium loading so a lil bloated, but not too bad. Weight is 205-207 at 5'8

some of these shots were snapped when my legs werent flexed so i know i need to focus on that. i lock in my pose from the legs up so i dont forget, but then i guess i relax when i focus on flexing something else.

I would like ur oppinions on overall condition, shape and posing.. anything else u see the need to comment on.

pic 1 - drop your shoulders, spread your lats, inhale and hold it, bend your knees more

pic 2 - look ahead, drop your houlder, inhale

pic 3 - drop your shoulders

pic 4 - look ahead, drop your shoulder

pic 5 - drop your shoulders, keep your legs together

pic 6 - drop your shoulders

pic 7 - drop your shoulder

pic 8 - that one is good

pic 12 - bring your elbows to your head

Last 4 pics are ok.

Fix the posing first, and then we'll talk about body structure and balance. Right now, you are making your body look bad with your posing.

Conditioning looks on target.
 
thanks Big A. still need some work on hitting all those right. Wound up taking 5th in the heavyweights. weighed in at 214, and got sick with some kind of food poisoning on sat and still fighting it.

still much better than my last stage presentation, so i am very pleased over all.

Good pics. Seriously, it's the posing that is letting you down. You are making yourself look much worse that you are.
