Powerlifting diet

i discovered at a early age that if i were to eat everything in sight, to the point where not only i'm gaining weight progressively but i'm also gaining fat, omg my strength would sky rocket, bench, squat, deadlift, anything, just made me super strong. think about that fat guy Paul Anderson, he was 100% natty BUT he ate everything in sight! (tons of proteins, fats, carbs, ate like a pig) and was 400 lbs+, one of the best kept secrets is that gaining a ton of weight and lifting heavy weights can lead to insane amounts of strength/power (all this WITHOUT steroids)
 
I usually grab the protein shake with a fair amount of complex carbs right after workout, then 45 mins to an hour later when i am hungry again i will grab something with a little higher carb...
 
There’s a YouTube video of Brian Shaw on a eating day. They break down each meal. He ate 7 meals And clocked in at 12,000 calories. If I remember correctly it was something like

1) Cinnamon Toast Crunch+10 eggs
2) 80g whey+ 3-4 granola bars+PB
3) grass fed beef+noodles+ red sauce
4) 80g whey+ blueberries+PB
5) ground turkey and a whole uncle bens rice pack
6) restaurant order of pasta+meatballs
7) 80g whey shake+ 3 slices of cheese cake
