i discovered at a early age that if i were to eat everything in sight, to the point where not only i'm gaining weight progressively but i'm also gaining fat, omg my strength would sky rocket, bench, squat, deadlift, anything, just made me super strong. think about that fat guy Paul Anderson, he was 100% natty BUT he ate everything in sight! (tons of proteins, fats, carbs, ate like a pig) and was 400 lbs+, one of the best kept secrets is that gaining a ton of weight and lifting heavy weights can lead to insane amounts of strength/power (all this WITHOUT steroids)
