PowerTec gym equipment

Does anyone here own any Powertec equimpment? I'm thinking of purchasing one of the workbench multi systems. They look very solid and it has everything you need provided by a leverage weight system.

I would love waking up in the morning and hoping right on and busting a few reps without making a trip to the gym. Anyone have good experience with Powertec??

I owned a powertec leverage squat machine before but sold to purchase a leg press machine, I would say there very well built and sturdy, for the price they are it's a great product. lol bro

I have been thinking of purchasing one of these also, it looks like it would be perfect for someone who has little time to get to the gym. I like the fact that it is very much like the Hammer Strength equipment . Only thing is the one i was looking at is like $900 that's like 2 years memberships somewhere????? So still weighing my options. Does anyone know of discount websites for equipment.

Check on craigslist or the classifieds every once in a whiles. A while
back a guy near me was selling the biggest model multibench system
for $700 with plates. If i wanted to buy retail it would be like $1,500.

I like some of there stuff. Its not gym quality,,but good for home use. I like some of the individual pieces,,,never tried the multi gym they offer.

I got their squat machine and a couple of benches, excellent equipment.

I have the Workbench system and the Squat machine. Both seem very good quality. I have used these for about a year now. I train at home and don't go to a gym. My bench press has gone from 220lbs for 10reps to 396lbs for 10 in a year. Really good system to train alone.

I have the leverage squat and a power rack from powertec - they are great for the price and as far as home equipment goes without going commercial grade. I decided against the multi-system b/c of the space it takes

Definately watch Craig's list - the workbench systems always seem to be on there.
