PPJ Reverse-Rebound/Offseason/Diet Log

not all gear is the same.. either way, if it's not negatively impacting his health - what difference does it really make?

OP's hair is probably gonna fall out. but with that mustache, he can rock the bald look
No GH horns just yet

There’s a 50/50 chance I could get my hands on increlex. When I get it I won’t tell anyone but there will be signs (250lbs same bodyfat)

Up about 5lbs since last check-in. Composition is good, pumps are unreal, sleep is improving. Switched out most of the movements that were getting stale (like 80% of them) and really drove up my reps on leg days for a new stimulus. I think it’s paying off already but we’ll see

1.1g test
720mg EQ
420mg mast
Some corrections to the PEDS here

Swapped EQ to 600mg primo. I think the EQ might be making it harder to sleep for me, overall had less CNS sides on primo so I’m back on it.

Pulling mast back to 300mg, although we have 450mg on plan. I just don’t have the space for it in my 3CC syringe and I don’t feel like using a slin pin to inject the rest lol

How about ... a 5cc syringe then?

Delts and arms was very spicy. Got some new Atlantis arm specialty equipment just shipped into the gym so I played around with some new toys. Forgot how incredible overhead curls feel

Hit up a new gym today and almost regret doing so. Way better pieces than the Panatta and matrix stuff at my gym. Debating on making the switch cause it also much smaller and less packed. I’m a huge introvert and don’t really like talking during my sets so that’d be great, but they’re missing a good hyperextension machine, pitshark for RDL’s, and minimal arm specialization stuff that I kinda enjoy. Also much pricier but only a 10min drive vs a 30min drive.

Got some time to make a choice, not about to have two memberships to two good gyms lol

8yrs between these. Things have really turned around for me in the past few months. Excited to see what the rest of the bulk brings

Preaching the gospel of the waist trainer on this fine Tuesday afternoon. My waist is smaller and I’ve gained 12lbs from the lowest point in this diet.

There’s something to fasted cardio with MPA Vasoburn followed by ab work, and keeping the waist trainer on during training to keep your midsection in a semi-vacuum state while you’re moving the heaviest amount of weight you’ll move all day.

Complete bro science but rationally it just makes perfect sense to me that you’re training the TVA with repetitive action and the localized thermic effects of a waist trainer around your midsection can mobilize fatty acids around your abs for you to burn off preferentially during cardio. So you’ll be partitioning fat deposit away from your midsection during a bulk. It’s not magical, but over a long time I think it will make a difference.

One last post for today. I opened my blog with the picture on the left, and for a while I was chasing this look again because health problems derailed my physique progress. In the back of my head I’ve been thinking I still don’t look as good as I used to, just to realize I mog the shit out of that look now. It feels good to see progress despite a year of sorta spinning my wheels

One step back, two steps forward, Keep grinding man!

210lbs on the way down, 210lbs on the way up today. Two months apart.

👍 and the way you have documented this with your camera . . . distance, composition, and lighting is perfect 👏

Totally different physique!

I think it’s so easy to get wrapped up in thinking if I don’t look like a top pro within 5 years then I’m wasting my time (the social media lie)

But the reality is most of us won’t ever look like a top pro or even a pro of any level and the grind of just improving your physique and then competitive placings seems to be lost now

You look back to early 2000’s the amateur scene was a legit thing and you’d have guys grinding away for 5-10 years and eventually turn pro but now it seems if you’re not a pro by early 20’s you’re “cooked” as the stupids kids say

Yeah man comparison is the thief of joy etc etc. just minding my own biz and enjoying the process.

Helps that I’m on a 2 on 1 off training schedule cause I have more free time for the family, hobbies, career stuff etc just get to wind down and be less in my head about everything

Thank you man. Put one foot in front of the other enough times and you’ll see you’re miles off from where you started

Around the same weight, one year later. Biggest difference is I’ve made it a habit to wear a waist trainer every cardio and training session and be conscious of my midsection while lifting. The picture speaks for itself
