Had a conversation with
@IFBBProDomCardone yesterday about high GH use and it made me realize I’ve probably been going overboard to my own detriment without the physique to show for it. He’s had a lot of his big amateurs and newly turned pros on less than 6iu’s and I’m more than doubling that lol.
It takes some growing up to understand that maybe more is not better in my case and my persistent abdominal distention, bloating and digestion is only getting worse on each push despite keeping my diet low FODMAP, eating easily digestible foods for me etc.
Backed off the GH to 5iu split into 2.5iu AM and 2.5iu postWO for now just to see what happens for now.
Also running 15iu lantus on training days for now to control BG. This have been going a bit sideways this push phase despite staying 100% dialed in on my diet so we’ll see how much I push before I pull back for a mini cut
Holding 221.6lbs this AM, pictures to come once I shave. 4 broken razors in the past two months…… getting real tired of Chinese shit lol.
Hoping to reach 240lbs before I pull it back to 220 again
