Pre-bed snacks

You can buy hard boiled eggs in the shops over here (obviously just do them yourself) so it's a good lazy night time snack. Otherwise I eat lots of cottage cheese with fruit. If you are dieting and worried about carbs just add berries to the cottage cheese. I also have a big bag of mixed nuts I snack on and sometimes have them with teh cottage cheese. The last few nights I have had a 1400 cal shake with 200g carbs before bed :D

Yeah I forgot about the nuts. I've been know to get raw almonds or shelled pistachios. There both delicious and I'll have a handful of two
 
2 scoops protein ISO with birthday cake nuts n more PB ; I put some blue berries or few strawberries in there and place it in the freezer for a while ..

What is it, like 20 calories for the whole thing?
Yep! Actually just had a box of strawberry. The healthiest thing to eat? Nope. Is it worth it for the volume when in a deficit? You bet your arse.
 
I use chocolate because the LBA's are chocolate

the casein gets kinda stiff when you mix it with water , where whey gets runny.

Just a couple tablespoon of LBA and a tablespoon of peanut butter is real good. The two react or something and get really thick like soft taffy almost , years ago when i got the LBAs from TN id make that mix and my kids would eat it with apple slices

I basically do this and call it "protein pudding"

Do you have a kitchen stand mixer? If so look up "protein fluff"

6oz 99% lean turkey
4 whole eggs

Off-season id eat:
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
4 whole eggs
2 tbsp pb
 
2 whole eggs
5 egg whites
almonds
 
Cottage cheese with a handful of almonds mixed in. Never get tired of it
 
!/2 gallon of milk, pop tarts, cookies and handfuls of Easter Candy till Full.
 
When its not ice cream I get carbmaster vanilla milk from Kroger and add scoop whey iso, casein with bunch ice little pb or almond butter and try to imagine its big pb milkshake. I work second shift so normally pretty hungry and gives me little something sweet tasting to look forward to.
 
cup of cottage cheese 2%, cup of lowfat greek yogurt plain, tbs coconut oil or almond oil, 1 scoop milk protein isolate and a little applesauce for flavor.
 
Cold salmon, cucumber, peas, onion and goat chz. Rice cake with pb.

Favorite meal of day!

Now that's more like it! My cheat day I go for 1/2 of a box cake and a pint of ice cream. With protein of course

Next day, big full carbed up and ready to go muscle bellies!!!
Add in some semi-sweet morsels !
 
I just keep it simple, a protein shake with egg whites or Greek yogurt added in
