Pre-bed snacks

2 quest bars
2 carb master yogurt (blueberry muffin/straw bannana)
2 slim fast 100 calorie snacks (smores/bbq chips)
12 low sodium olives
7 radishes
Can't wait to up my calories but this is a damn good snack!
 
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter, tbsp cocoa powder and splenda mixed with just enough water to make it thick and gooey. Slop it on a plain rice cake. 100 calories and quite filling.

re-reading this thread is making me so hungry. so ready to be off the dnp and diet, abs are overrated when there's things in the world like peanut butter and chocolate :love:
 
i need to try some of these out.. i honestly cannot go to sleep without eating cookies or some kind of junk. its really bad ive been doing it forever.

sometimes i just eat 90 percent dark chocolate and hope its enough to get me to sleep...

or theres another chocolate bar called Simply Dark. its 50 percent dark, but is is sweetened with maltitol, so its actually sugar free or close to it... and very sweet.

Bro have you tried melatonin and valerian root?

A non natural alternative if you got cash that also comes with a lot of other benefits ... mk677 that stuff knocks me out to where I am legit dropping and having dreams. Never used to get solid sleep like that. And it won't be for long, maybe 5 hours but I wake super rested and feeling like I got 8.

Sorry but off topic from the thread but sleep issues suck so just thought I'd weigh in and try and help.

Def try some protein, PB (or PB powder) and some cream mixed up into a pudding and refrigerate
 
Always, midnight Giant bowl of granola, bunches -of-oats or raisinbran.
With a handful of extra raisins.
And Leave some Milk in the bowl for the Cat!
