pre contest, 2 shows back to back weekends
Have two shows coming up on April 6th and April 13th. Second one is more important, but of course would like to do well in both.

Wondering what I should do with diuretics, carbloading and depleting, sodium levels, water intake, and what to do for my diet for conditioning through the week till the big one.

Current Stats are 5.9% bf, (DXA scan tested xray) 208 lb, 5'7
Diet is at 560 g carbs, 390 for protein and 60 g of fat. I know this seems ridiculously high, but my offseason diet was much higher, making me need this amount of cals to not drop muscle. Also have done no cardio getting ready for the shows. Did the same last year, metabolism is through the roof so no need for it.

Current cycle is
100 mg of susp. twice daily
1/2 anadrol
50 mg eq ed
1 arimidex
30 mg fina daily
humalog @ 8 units morning meal, noon meal and post workout at about 7:30

Giving you all my info so you can tell me what you think,
This is my first post on this board, and after going through the topics this looks like the board I've been searching for,

LAst time I competed I did the back-to-back show thing. I figured everything so I'd peak for my first show (Won the heavies, second overall), and then I did an abbreviated carb deplete/ carb-up for the next week and I showed just as good, if not better...just happened that the guy who won the heavies (they didn't offer a super heavy division) was 260 and looked like Dorian! LOL! So I know in my mind that I was at top condition, but at 21 and 210 I couldn't really compete with the development of 40 years old and 260. Good Luck bro!

Not sure if I'll be heavy or light heavy, as I have a bit more to drop, should probably shoot for light heavy, better to be top end than bottom end. I'm in the same boat as you for age, 22 now, so hopefully some fucking monster doesn't show up and rain on my parade.

Any more suggestions from anyone on specifics of carb loading and depleting. ?

It's hard to tell from that pic, but it looks like you need more rear delt and tricep to balance the thickness of the chest and bicep.

thanks, big a, actually did a lot of work rear delts this year, so think thats balanced out,

any suggestions for the 2 weeks for carb manipulation, diuretics, and all the pertinent shit?

I've been trying to learn as much about slin as I can before I add it int my stack.

People tell me that it is good for mass but it also makes you gain fat.

If insulin makes you get fat then why do you use it for contest-prep? Is there some way to block the fat?

My metabolism is very fast as it is, and using humalog, the fastest acting insulin, it has a half life of two hours. I just make sure I consume no fats during this period as they will be stored as fats, and also ensure that my glycogen levels are down so the carbs I take in will be immediately stored as glycogen and not fat. Carbs are cut out by my late night meal, followed immediately by posing which burns up glycogen. Morning I take slin and replinish those stores. Mid day is the same with the posing, and post workout I am definitely depleted. Hasn't made me fat anyway, just my experience. Dropped from 9.6% to current state, all on slin, so I think it depends on the individual and how strict your diet is

If i had to guess your show is in NS, canada, I will be at provical watching, good bud of mine lives in halifax, and did 1st national show last year, and faired well. I will be completing following weekend at atlantics.

I checked out nationals this year. Was a good show. Know most of the people from NS who competed. Who is your buddy? Initials and weight class will clue me in. Why not do the NS too,

kind of cool to find someone here from Canada, although now my cycle is out of the bag!

Being from NB, i can't do NS show, i call about going down for what i thought was open show in Wolfville, but i guess only for NS guys too.

I would never use illegal drugs but if i where this is my last 6 weeks of prep.

100mg uni vet suspenion ED
80mg tren ED, last 4 weeks is 160mg ED
600mg EQ per week
200mg of winny ED
40mg of Halo has 3 weeks ED
t3 200mcgs ED
Clen 80mcgs per day, had to give up IP clen couldn't stay awake on that stuff.
1mg of amerdriex ED
Usual ass. of Vit. and Minerals


This is by far best stack i have used to get cut.

Cuting out test on Sun before show, but if condition is very good and dry will take about 600-1000mg about 6-8h before pre-juding. Will be drying out in usual manner.

feels good to know that my intake is on par, (well close) as I had no idea what any other competitors were doing for juice.

We'll probably end up competing against each other in the future. Both looking to be heavy sometime soon, and we're about the same offseason, from your pm. How old are you anyway?

Sounds like the right stuff. I love it too, very full and hard. I have had a few problems with clogging but added bit of b12 in and it helps and also shot with oil based stuff, but it w/ fina into arms is VERY painful. But good pain. I have to drop a few items off the prep due to well, being broke. But working out good for me just the same.
