hey, im new to the forum..
ill give you a quick run down about my self..and stats
stats;
4 weeks out
current weight: 85kg (187lb)
bf%: not sure but im starting see lines in my glutes..so maybe 7% ?? (ill put some pics up once i work out how to)
height: 173cm so 5 foot 6 ''
ahh ok this is my 3rd comp, and im 5kg heavier then my first comp..iv always looked good and placed well but iv never been able to nail my conditioning perfect.. always seem 2 hold that little bit of water..iv trialed a few diff methods and still havent hit it on the head.. so now i would like to get some opinions and ill tell you everything i do so you can try and work out what it is im doing wrong or not doing. and hopefully the pics will give you an idea of whats going on also..any help would be appreciated..
current diet:
some ppl think this is crazy but its what iv always done and maybe im doing it wrong..
- For the last 10 weeks iv basically had no carbs (im scared of carbs) and about 4 cheat meals. an example of 1 day looks like this:
7am: 8egg whites 2 yoke, water and lemon juice
9am: low carb whey shake
11am: 250g lean protein, cup greens
1pm: shake
3pm: 250g protein lean , cup greens
5pm: shake or egg whites
7pm: 250g protein, cup greens
9pm: egg whites or tin tuna
training:
1 hour cardio/day- 120bpm , 2 muscle groups/day heavy weights 12 sets per muscle..always go to failure.
current meds:
gh: 2 iu ed
test p: 100mg eod
masterone: 200mg eod
tren ace: 100mg eod
equipoise: 200mg eod
t3: 60mcg ed
letro: 2.5mg eod
clen: 50mcg eod
stan oral: 100mg ed
