hey, im new to the forum..

ill give you a quick run down about my self..and stats

stats;

4 weeks out

current weight: 85kg (187lb)

bf%: not sure but im starting see lines in my glutes..so maybe 7% ?? (ill put some pics up once i work out how to)

height: 173cm so 5 foot 6 ''

ahh ok this is my 3rd comp, and im 5kg heavier then my first comp..iv always looked good and placed well but iv never been able to nail my conditioning perfect.. always seem 2 hold that little bit of water..iv trialed a few diff methods and still havent hit it on the head.. so now i would like to get some opinions and ill tell you everything i do so you can try and work out what it is im doing wrong or not doing. and hopefully the pics will give you an idea of whats going on also..any help would be appreciated..

current diet:

some ppl think this is crazy but its what iv always done and maybe im doing it wrong..

- For the last 10 weeks iv basically had no carbs (im scared of carbs) and about 4 cheat meals. an example of 1 day looks like this:

7am: 8egg whites 2 yoke, water and lemon juice

9am: low carb whey shake

11am: 250g lean protein, cup greens

1pm: shake

3pm: 250g protein lean , cup greens

5pm: shake or egg whites

7pm: 250g protein, cup greens

9pm: egg whites or tin tuna

training:

1 hour cardio/day- 120bpm , 2 muscle groups/day heavy weights 12 sets per muscle..always go to failure.

current meds:

gh: 2 iu ed
test p: 100mg eod
masterone: 200mg eod
tren ace: 100mg eod
equipoise: 200mg eod
t3: 60mcg ed
letro: 2.5mg eod
clen: 50mcg eod
stan oral: 100mg ed
trying to get anavar
 
Everything looks good on paper but is worthless without pics bro.
 
Not sure what reason you would be holding water without knowing exactly what you do the last couple weeks leading into the show.

Me personaly im running about the same compounds as you Test-P , Tren-A , Mast-P and winstrol all at 50mg a day , 1/2mg A-dex EOD.
I plan to drop the test-P 3 weeks out and replace with 100mg Proviron. My hopes are that this will prevent any estrogen related water retention.

Also i know HGH causes some water retention , and most guys drop that 10-14 days out as well.

As far as the drugs go thats all i can see that might cause water retention , you diet the week before the show has more to do with it that anything i suspect.

Are you planning on a carb load for the contest??
How do you plan on getting over this phobia??
I was going to suggest that you do some practice loads ..each Saturday ...week 4, 3 and maybe 2?? but as you are a bit messed in the head ...probably you would have trouble doing it...but if done correctly ..all sub contanious water will get drawn into the muscles...how do you now what is correct you ask?? you do practice loads......
 
Your having a lot of shakes, maybe try to switch them for food
 
Max one shake a day precontest anytime. Too many fillers that make u hold water
 
I wld cut the EQ, Test P and then at 14 days drop the gh. Last 14 days if you can try some Halo should work nicely..
 
At 3 weeks drop the Test P and the EQ Bump the Tren up another 50-100 MG EOD cut your GH 10-14 days out._ Cut your Egg whites out Exchange them for 99% Lean Turkey and 1/4 cup of oatmeal for breakfast this will make your feel better during the day trust me these few carbs will not hurt you. Also cut the eggwhites out at night time try cod fish or tillapia or more lean turkey.All you are eating is protein in your diet and your protein intake it way the hell to high. If you are doing cardio you could have had carbs in your diet and dropped your protein way back also where are the fats in your diet since you don't have carbs??? You have to be loosing alot of muscle doing your diet. I am no Expert but maybe you should Pay someone Like SHELBY, or Alex to help your out and write your diet It will be worth it to you in the long run. Good Luck Bro
