ok heres what I think, but Im sure you know more then me, you say your losing more muscle then anything and your last meal is so early I would add a few more meals protien only in the pm hours, i know a lot of the pros like cuttler claim to have to set their alarm 3 times a night for night time snacks, I dont think a couple more water protien shakes could hurt, I would try that if I were you, but again just my opinion.
