thanks guys. I have been doing 3 low days 1 high and I mean real high like 500g carbs/no cardio. If I look leaner on that 3rd day then I have a high day. But I believe I am going to cut it out for now 2 weeks and 1 day out. Now just gonna try and stay full with moderate carbs then lower by 50% for 5 days then reintroduce on fri and Saturday. I am so ocd about everything at this point and starting to question everything. Again because I am doing it all on my own. Take that back you guys are helping for sure. Im going to get some clear pics up asap so I can get some advice. I have 2 shows. So how I do on the first one will dictate what I do in the 2 weeks to the second.
im at the 2 week mark and starving too. Slam as much crystal light as you can, it fills you up for a little while. sugar free jello is key, i make it every other day. sleep, you cant eat if your sleeping lol.
yea luckily im busy. I own operate my own sports/personal training gym. Kinda like defrancos gym in jersey. it just when I get home at night my mind starts to wonder haha
Carbonation has properties that give mild euphoria too, making the prior suggestion all that much better. If I may, eat slowly without watching the tube, computer or reading (if you don't already). Distracts the brain from getting the message of satiety. Best of luck!

thanks bro. I appreciate that. Im trying to dial it in to where I am showing a good compo of fullness and shreddedness ha. My last show I did keto for 20 weeks and came in 25lbs lighter then I will this time flat and small. Happy with my condition but know I can look alot better and it has worked. Ill get some quads pics up. In post one earlier but not very clear. I think they are my best body part. Ill try and post a vid. Squated 500 for 10 3 weeks out. My muscles seem to be staying full but only when I get a slight pump otherwise I look flat as a pancake. Which is normal I am assuming for everyone else.
I chew gum at night as this is the time I get bored and need something sweet, it is my after dinner dessert! The dieting gets a bit easier, I have done it 3 years in a row and don't have the dreams of starving to death anymore.
