I am pretty new to carb cycle but will give it a try been reading chris acetos book. Anyone who is good about carb cycle tell me what you think about this approach.

I was thinking 3 low - 1 high like he preaches in his book. but how should i split my carbs?

3 low - 1 high then repeat
Low days: 100g carbs - Protein: 400g - Fat: 60g
High Days: 400g Carbs - Protein: 100g - Fat: 60g


I am eating now 300g how should i split them up low and high?

Appreciate the help

Don't seem like many is following maybe not enough interest.

Did a biceps workout unreal pump not best picture but still its ok holding water raised my water to 1.5 gallon and sodium 6-7000mg

Dumbbell alternating biceps curls 5set 6-8 reps
Preacher curls 5 set 6-8reps
Barbell curls wide grip 6-8 reps
Hammer curls in the rope 6-8 reps

6 weeks out today I wanna bring fullness this time when i flat out i go down 2 sizes and can't fill up.

weight: 86.2kg this morning -3kg

Looking great man! Round hard and looks like vascularity is strong in the gym. Keeping that water high will be a game changer for sure. Next pose throw up a MM let’s see those wheels!
