I am pretty new to carb cycle but will give it a try been reading chris acetos book. Anyone who is good about carb cycle tell me what you think about this approach.
I was thinking 3 low - 1 high like he preaches in his book. but how should i split my carbs?
3 low - 1 high then repeat
Low days: 100g carbs - Protein: 400g - Fat: 60g
High Days: 400g Carbs - Protein: 100g - Fat: 60g
I am eating now 300g how should i split them up low and high?
Looking great man! Round hard and looks like vascularity is strong in the gym. Keeping that water high will be a game changer for sure. Next pose throw up a MM let’s see those wheels!
