Peptopro is the best stuff I ever used along with hbcd.
 
smart ass hahaha! I think eating at least 30%+ protein and eating around the clock (always having influx of amino available for use) that this study would prove not as impressive.

Agreed. Don't get me wrong, I'm actually a big fan of PeptoPro. That being said, there are way too many smart guys (and gals) on this board to be fooled that this study means anything at all.
 
The only difference i did notice between 50g peptopro vs bcaa+eaa is the weight of my wallet

50g is way to much man 20g would have been more than sufficient. I'm sure you wallet does feel better after going through that much per day.

I don't see the difference between something like whey and pre-digested protein. Either way you are still getting the essential and non-essential amino aids at a quick rate.

tried it many times and if you do not get the timing right you feel somewhat not predisposed to exrcs ,bit full even if whey and oats is all you had all day it is being digested during your workout and that negates the benefits , and do not get me started on missing the fat burning
 
never tried PeptiPro,heard a lot about it and was also surprised nobody was at their stand at a fitness expo. I am not disputing it,thing is I am on a budget now and would rather spend the cash on bulk bccaa pack that I will also be able to use inbetween/prior to meals to amp up the MPS,

I am suspective as to whether PeptoPro would be worth the £ difference, and If money were not tight I would've been looking for something even better than Pepropro:cool:

I am a very strong believer in Pre/During/Post WO Nutritoon/Supplementation

Not in one gulp ofcourse
50g divided for pre,intra and post workout
with preworkout slin and volume training
Ive took dosing idea from t-nation
(but used pepto from Myprotein)
 
Pepto pro + fast carbs + slin + suspension all timed to hit during workout has done wonders for me....im slowly learning how to grow with very minimal fat gain using this protocol and keeping carbs low to non-existant during the rest of the day and off days

For your body weight, or better yet LBM, how much carbs are you consuming intra vs. Rest of day.

No I wish man...my job can get very physical, the shower im doing now is on the 3rd floor of a house...carrying 80 pound buckets of mud up there plus about a quarter ton of tiles is a good cardio session lol

I actualy just do well on zero carbs...my training days look like this:

breakfast- 8 egg whites, 4 whole eggs, chopped tomatoes+seasoning
9:30 - 1 cup cottage cheese+1 scoop vanilla casein by Dymatize
luch - 2 cans tuna + 3 whole eggs smashed + 2 scoops salsa
pre-workout- 1/4 cup cream of rice+1tbsp pb+1 scoop casein
intra - 1 1/2 scoops karboload+1 scoop pepto pro+30 grams fast carbs from koolaid
post workout- 10 oz tilapia + 1 cup white rice+ fat free greek yogurt

(If im still hungry before bed ill do another 1/2 cup cottage cheese with casein)
Non-training days remove all carbs and add protien and fat
