What's everyone doing pre, intra, and post workout? Shakes ? Meals? Interested to see what others are doing now

Pre workout
30g protein shake
200mg caffeine
25mg 1-3 DMAA

Intra workout
10g BCAA's

Post workout
30g shake w/ 1 scoop cell tech

Hour later eat a meal...

I'd like to mix it up and try some differents for 2013!!!!

its still being produced in an underground laboratory away from authorities, and is only distributed to Mr Olympia competitors (who then sell it to the black market for money because it is too hardcore for them) where it is then accessible to the general public, but is still very illegal due to its strength.
 
1.5hr pre workout
5 ounces lean beef (or fish) 3 whole eggs 6ounces sweet potatoes.

Intra
15G BCAA , 10g glutamine , 10g creatine , 50g waxy maize

Post
50g egg white protein , 50g waxy maize

1.5hr after shake
10ounces sirloin or deer , 8ounces sweet potatoes
 
For post workout does it make a difference if you throw in some dextrose. ? I just started that. I read some like 1g for every kg of weight.
 
-1 hr b4 gym: eat 8-10oz chicken and rice
-30 mins b4 gym: pre-workout shake w/30-40g whey isolate, 25g fast carb, 10g bcaas, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine and NO booster
-Intra workout shake: 40g fast carb 10g bcaas amd 5g creatine, 5g glutamine
-post workout shake: 50g whey isolate/20g casein, 10g bcaas, 5g glutamine and creatine and 80g fast carbs
-1hr later: 10-12oz steak or chicken w/ rice or potatoes
 
I train at 5am and just cant stomach a solid meal at 4am so

4am 50g whey 25g dextrose 100g ground up raw oats in a shake
30 min before pre workout no 1 x eca 1 x caffiene tab
Intra workout 36 g carbs vitargo
Post workout 50g whey 50g dextrose
1 hour later 8 ounces ostrich mince and 8 ounces brown basmati rice
 
My favourite carb source pre and intra is honey Hmmm. Put a few dry oats in there (just a hand full) and take a tea spoon with me and trickle feed it between sets. I'm all natural with foods these days (not hormones lol). And figure if gotta take sugars to cover the carbs I may as well get a few vitamins and shit. Don't even weigh it out, just take what I think is enough to be safe and have an emergency bottle of sugar water to hand. I like pepto pro and creatine in intra drink and a big bit of whey about 20 mins prior with creatine too. This is only when using slin else I train fasted minus the whey and mabey a tin of tuna. Carb up might before

Pre: Whole food shake

50 grams of customized TN protein
2 whole eggs
oats
banana
pineapple
spinach
baby carrot
organic soy milk

Intra: bcaa shake
20 grams of bcaa
40 grams of dextrose from gatorade

Post: shake and juice
75 grams of customized TN protein
3 cups of apple cider
1 hour later I'll have my meal
 
Pre workout: empty stomach

Intra: 50g Karbolyn, 25g hydrowhey, 20g aminos

Post: 6 whole eggs, 4 pc Ezekiel or 2 chicken breast 2 cups white rice

GS I assume you mean egg white protein powder. Not liquid? How do you find the taste etc?

I'm working with homonunculus and we found that a similar approach also worked really good for me. It's amazing how much faster you recover from good peri workout out nutrition. More recovery= more growth and life is good.
 
Damn it! I bought some waxy maze and could only handle it for a week. The worst stomach pains and cramps ever. It was from Dymatize and they call it Flud. Anyone else have stomach issues with waxy maze?

I use the eggwhite powder from True Nutrition cause whey gives me gas , if I run out I will drink the liquid eggwhites from the grocery store with a little Hershey syrup.

Thanks matey :) I will give it a try for alittle change. I used to have it when I was much younger but it's been years.

Im steadily making good gains on reasonably low dose , I plan to add in a little pre workout humulin-R to match the carbs.
I got this plan after reading a lot of what guys like John Medows , Shelby and some of the other great minds her do and tweeked it a little to suit me.

Now that ive narrowed my nutrition down to what works for me im bigger and leaner and on far less drugs , its going to make for a very productive season
