Pre? Intra? And post- workout shakes??

Just started using this myself, Really never thought I'd see such a response.
I take 4 servings intra to get the minimum of 7gms Leucine and ignite the anabolic pathways!!!

I believe its really giving me the exact nutrients during my workout to turn on anabolic pathways besides whats givin by anabolics.
Over 7 grms leucine plus other bcaas turn on M-tor pathways and its fortiffied with glutimine and others to feed the muscle as you train.
After my honey I mix it with size-on and volumize to spike slin and restore glucose during training. Then post shake.

honey mixes good in the shake? i would think it would stick all the aminos together and make a big blob or get stuck on the walls of the shaker or on the whole when your drinking?

Are you guys using clover honey? I heard that was the one to use.

Doesn anyone take the BCAA plus both intra and post and forego the shakes. I am trying to simplify my supplements and just using this both intra and post would be awesome.

I use an oversized spoon and take the honey strait,. supplys 20 gms pr .
On lifting days, normally 3 days a week i also mix the bcaa plus with my post shake, 25gms w- 75 iso whey.
I would think complete protiens would be best post workout and use the bcaa as a booster.

Going to be using SLIN for the first time PRE WORKOUT..

Will waxy maize or dextrose be ok for my INTRA Workout carb source or should i pay the extra and use something like San Element or KarboLyn..

San Element looks identical to Karbolyn yet its about 20% cheaper here in the UK.

Lastly...i currently take 20g BCAA + 1 Scoop VpX Synthesize as the synthesize has 5g of peptro pro, some bcaa and EAA...would i be better results wise replacing the Synthesize for PeptoPro?

I have NovoRapid Rapid Acting slin which peaks about 60-90mins and duration is around 3-4hours..if i use pre workout will this still help the anabolic window PWO...or could i shoot say an extra 5iu PWO with my HGH?
