have worked well for me, the BCAA BOOST mix is from T.P. and the Scivation Quake was given to me from a friend who is a Europa rep. I mix them for preWO and then sip the Sizeon during, really like these, then a big PW shake after, then a big meal an hour later.
Thor... whats your opinion on the sizeon? Im trying to stay lean, if not get leaner and was actually looking at the sizeon "precontest" which doesnt contain any carbs.. I was either going to do that or just BCAA's.. Also preworkout since i workout so damn early was either going to just go with black coffee or superpump max.. I just wasnt sure because ive heard alot of people say to leave the creatine/arginine supps for when not on cycle..
Only reason im asking this now is because currently Im taking oxy elite pro preworkout, and previous cycle never took any supps but the basics.. I dont want to be on a thermogenic while im on.
