If you really break down what aging is in a nutshell, it's slowing down of cells reproducing. This is why I low dose with HGH and it increases the speed at which cells regernate to youthful levels. Will it actually reverse aging? I think to some degree, yes it does. But not overall. It's not a miracle, but it's the best thing we having going right now outside stem cell stuff that nobody but the richest of the rich can dabble with.

It is thus the interplay of manageable stress and metabolic adaptation which extends life and not an overall reduction of reactive oxygen species, as the vendors of some "super-potent" anti-oxidants would have you believe. What is still missing though, is a tool which would help us to identify the critical point, where the endogenous adaptation processes cannot keep pace with ever-increasing (mainly) exogenous stressors.

i feel like a big part has to do with cell mutation.

more turnover leads to more opportunity for mutation, especially if altered chemical states.

cannabis and curcumin are two natural things that have been shown to have some use in this area.

Look into the casual relationship of SIRT1, 2, PGC-1a and advanced glycation end products (AGEs) associate with gene silencing and aging. Circadian CLOCK gene balancing of Sirtuins is of primary importance. Constant activation isn't a good thing.
