pre picture carb up.need advice.

guys ive been reading the article forum on shitloading.im getting pics done on thurs early evening.about what time should i start loading.ive been depleting since fri.in ketosis now.i plan on using slin.i practiced shitloading before liked resuts but stomach became a little distended.but i think its because i fucked up and ate some dairy.my big concern is when to cut water and use diuretics.any info would be appreciated.
