I'm curious as to how for most you guys have
come since the time you stopped growing.

While some are born with genetics, some of us are not. :(
Some meso bodytype guys are 6' 220lbs at 17 yo and at 25 they are 250lbs.
While they may look good it's not impressive when it comes to
what they had to work with as a base.

How far have some of you come??

Mine is below

15yo 5'9" 75lbs Late bloomer and I was a runt!
20yo 6'2" 140lbs stopped growing in height at 20ish
31yo 6"2" 230 8%

I started training at 18 semi seriously. But didn't really make any decent gains until 22-23 then I laid off for 5 years. My best gains came at 28yo to 30-31.

90lbs gain. I feel if I never touched a weight I'd probably be 160lbs at best.
 
well i have been 300+ since 7th grade
i was sloppy as fuck(like 30+%) all thru HS
then when i turned 20 i started to transform, its funny i took a shirt off pic when i was 20 at abt 360 and it looked like my hips were bigger than my shoulders, so in a year i dropped to 305 then climbed back up
now im 23 abt 330-35 15ish% and dropping FAST
so im gunna say from 23-24 is my best year so far lol

So your name fits you!!! Damn you would have crushed me in 7th grade. I must have been a 1/4 your weight
 
Age 15- 123 lbs, 6'1 (A BEAST) :D

Age 17- 210 lbs, still 6'1

Age 19- 240 lbs, got way too chubby, still 6'1

Plateaud for a long time as far as bodyweight, but I was changing body composition.

Age 28- I started my first cycle, Reached 260, but I got shorter by 1 inch.

Age 29- Reached 270 too fast and couldn't breathe. :D

Age 30 (present time)- Just got off cycle and working on conditioning more, currently weighing around 250.

From smallest to biggest I gained about 150lbs and lost 1 inch in height.
 
my freshman year in highschool i was 5'3 93lbs
senior year (2001) started bullshitting around in the gym @ 5'11 147lbs
2002 started getting "serious" 5'11 160lbs
started aas in june 2003 at 170-175lbs
currently 5'11 207lbs with a 4 1/2 pack.
 
Well keep in mind iv had abs my entire life and have had a muscular build. I was accused of being a juicehead (they called me steroid) my junior and senior year of HS becuase my bone structure allows me to look larger than i really am, plus they were all small. I was clean then, cant wait til the reunion LMAO waitl they see me NOW!

15 - LOL 5'2 112lbs

18 - graduated at 5'8 150lbs lol (and they called me a juicehead lol)

19 - Started trainign seriously. 5'8 180lbs, cut to 160 for my first shows.

21 - NOW, 5'8 220lb range and climbing, leaner than iv ever been at around 10%bf range
 
Age 15 - 5'9 128 pounds approximately 12 percent bodyfat.

Age 18 - 5'10 238 pounds approximately 15-16 percent bodyfat.

stats

age 15: 184, age 16: 196, age 17: 207 (6% bodyfat). At this point I discovered the juice, and began training hardcore. By age 18 I was 245 and 10% bodyfat and very strong for my age. I am currently 24 and my weight various between 255-275 depending on what I am up to and what bodyfat level I am at. As of right now I am at 258 and 8% bodyfat.
 
DOn't remember how tall I was years ago. I started traing when I was 13 and I was probably around 5'8 and about 130. Now I'm 6' and 320. I topped out last year at 340.
